The Simpson House
Inn, North America's only AAA Five-Diamond Bed and Breakfast
Inn, is secluded in an acre of English gardens, yet only
a five-minute walk from Santa Barbara's restaurants, theaters,
museums and shops. The historic, East-lake style Victorian
estate was built by Scotsman Robert Simpson in 1874. Lovingly
restored by the Davies family, the estate retains the integrity
of its heritage. The Simpson House has been honored with
a Structure of Merit Award, as well as Landmark status
by the Landmarks Commission for its unique architecture
